Privacy Policy & Participant Waiver

At You Got Foamed, we are committed to safety and privacy for all families across the Tri-County area. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect basic contact info (name, email, phone) to coordinate your event. We do not sell your data. We comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA).

2. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By participating in a You Got Foamed event, all participants (and guardians of minors) understand and agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk: Foam parties involve water, slippery surfaces, and active play. Participants assume all risks associated with falling, slipping, or physical contact.
• Release of Liability: You Got Foamed, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during or after the service.
• Safety Adherence: All participants agree to adhere to all posted policies and verbal safety instructions provided by the operator.

3. MEDIA & PHOTO RELEASE

By attending or hosting a You Got Foamed event, you grant You Got Foamed the right to take photographs and video recordings of the event.

• Usage: These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and advertisements.
• Consent: Participation in the event serves as consent for all participants to be included in media captures unless a written opt-out is provided to the operator before the start of the event.

4. AGE & SUPERVISION

Our services are designed for children and families. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. By using our services, the client confirms they have the authority to sign/agree on behalf of all minors present.
