• Free Rescheduling: If your plans change, don’t sweat it! You can reschedule your foam party to a new date at no additional cost. We’re happy to move the fun to a time that works better for you.
• Cancellation & Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking entirely and remove it from our party calendar, we provide a 50% refund of your total booking fee.
• Why This Policy?: When you book with You Got Foamed, we lock in your specific date and time, making it unavailable to anyone else. A full cancellation means we likely missed out on other parties that wanted that same slot. The 50% fee helps us cover those opportunity costs and ensures we can keep providing top-tier service to all our customers.
